By re-imagining the existing 5 level structure the team at Toronto architectural design firm PLANT Architect Inc. streamlined the interior and polished the exterior to communicate the new owner’s request for a live-work space. In the Berkeley Street residence we find a unique modern home located in the Old Town neighbourhood that offers western views of the downtown core from roof top patios.
